Marlene Shepherd brings more than thirty years of insurance experience to Snyder Insurance. She began her insurance career in 1985 working in the bond department of a major insurance company.  During her 18 plus years with Snyder, Marlene has shared her excellent knowledge of commercial insurance coverages. She also serves as system trainer; assuring that agency workflows are implemented allowing Snyder employees to provide excellent customer service to their clients. 

Licensed in both Fire and Casualty and Accident/Health and Life, Marlene attends continuing education classes each year to keep abreast of the insurance industry and to keep her licenses current.
